- Facilitate communication between employees and management
- Support resolution of grievances
- Promote a positive work environment
- Collaborate with works councils
- Advise on collective agreements
- Manage the full recruitment cycle
- Screen candidates
- Conduct interviews
- Manage offer processes
- Collaborate with internal payroll team
- Provide accurate payroll input
- Ensure payroll compliance
- Identify HR process improvements
- Implement HR process enhancements
- Maintain regional benefits inventory
- Analyze opportunities for benefits harmonization
- Propose benefits enhancements
- Partner with HRIS teams
- Streamline HR processes
- Ensure accurate employee data
- Deliver HR support across the employee lifecycle
- Administer onboarding
- Manage contract administration
- Handle offboarding
- Process HR documentation
- Manage contracts
- Enroll employees in benefits
- Conduct performance reviews
- Assign training curricula for new hires
- Manage training updates
- Work with global HR colleagues
