Aufgaben
- Manage the end-to-end HR journey for employees
- Advise leaders to ensure sustainable business results
- Foster a positive and effective workplace culture
- Support performance management and talent development
- Oversee the local recruitment process
- Schedule and conduct HR interviews
- Provide timely feedback to candidates
- Collaborate on hiring strategies with HR Ops & Talent Acquisition Manager
- Ensure timely preparation and storage of employee documents
- Work with payroll providers for accurate payroll processing
- Assist Finance in preparing sales targets and commission payments
- Handle employee labor relations confidentially and compliantly
- Provide legal and compliance advice to local leaders
- Ensure compliance with labor, social, and health regulations
- Develop and execute change management initiatives
- Conduct workforce planning and compensation analysis
- Contribute to establishing corporate culture and values
- Support global HR projects and initiatives
- Perform additional duties as assigned
