In this hybrid role, you will enhance the global HR suite Workday by improving processes, training users, and supporting the HR community. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading projects, conducting training, and facilitating communication across teams.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification
• •Several years of experience in HR systems & processes, ideally in Workday Recruiting and Performance Development or Talent Management
• •High system affinity, structured way of working, analytical and communication skills
• •Competencies in change management and experience in using change management tools
• •Experience in project management in an international environment
• •Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English and German
• •Identification with core values: Sustainability, Openness, Enjoyment

Aufgaben

• •Contribute to the improvement and implementation of the Workday HR suite
• •Execute regular training sessions for users
• •Support the international HR community with Workday-related issues
• •Continuously improve Workday processes and evaluate change requests
• •Implement new functional requirements into the system
• •Partially lead projects and coordinate between teams
• •Design and conduct user training for various stakeholder groups
• •Inform users about changes during regular Workday updates
• •Prepare and conduct regional support visits to engage with the HR community
• •Participate in international roll-outs for functional enhancements
