Aufgaben
- Serve as the main HR contact for designated teams
- Build strong relationships with leaders to understand their needs
- Advise on HR-related topics like performance and conflict management
- Coach managers on people leadership and effective communication
- Support change management initiatives across the company
- Facilitate the biannual SMART goal process for performance evaluations
- Partner with managers to identify development needs
- Create individual development plans (IDPs)
- Promote internal mobility and succession planning
- Maintain and improve the HR wiki and onboarding documentation
- Ensure policies are compliant with German labor law
- Collaborate on revising work contracts in German and English
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires
- Monitor and improve employee satisfaction through eNPS surveys
- Contribute to projects that strengthen culture and inclusion
- Advise on conflict resolution and mediation
- Support compliant handling of employee relations cases
- Participate in joint HR initiatives with sister companies
- Share best practices and collaborate on People Hub projects
