- •5–7 years of progressive HR experience
- •Strong business acumen and proven track record with senior leadership
- •Deep understanding of HR practices, organizational development, and change management
- •Demonstrated expertise in at least one HR functional area
- •Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence across cultures
- •Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- •Strong analytical, consulting, and project management capabilities
- •Highly organized, process-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- •Ability to drive meaningful organizational outcomes through HR strategy
- •Thorough knowledge of the business segment and HR impact on success
