Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of German labor law; familiarity with Polish labor law is highly desirable
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across different countries
- Excellent communication skills in German and English (Polish is a plus)
- Ability to travel occasionally between Germany and Poland
- Ability to work as part of a team or independently

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Assist with talent management processes
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding efforts
- Oversee performance management and succession planning
- Identify training needs and enhance employee capabilities
- Analyze trends and metrics for business decisions
- Recommend improvements to HR policies and practices
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs
- Support the monthly payroll process
- Act as a change agent for organizational transformation
- Contribute to European HR projects and initiatives
- Monitor HR metrics to identify trends
- Stay updated on industry best practices and legal requirements
- Promote a positive work environment
- Lead initiatives for employee engagement
- Provide guidance for consistent treatment of employees
- Consult with managers on policy adherence
