- Ensure compliance with governmental regulations and internal policies
- Lead a team of three employees and collaborate with an external payroll provider
- Work closely with internal payroll departments and stakeholders
- Streamline payroll processes while accommodating local mandatory requirements
- Drive consistent process improvement in payroll operations
- Ensure compliance with Payroll Accounting under US and local GAAP
- Manage pension plans and company cars
- Stay updated on changes in regional payroll laws and regulations
- Support fiscal year-end close for payroll-related information
