HR Assistant(m/w/x)
Managing employee lifecycle and personnel data for a global industrial components partner. HR Assistant qualification (HRSE or equivalent) and Swiss HR process knowledge essential. Supporting a diverse, international employee base.
Anforderungen
- Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent education
- HR Assistant qualification (HRSE or equivalent)
- 2-5 years personnel administration experience (ideally with payroll input)
- Good understanding of Swiss HR processes and social security
- Very good MS Office skills
- Experience with HRMS/HRIS (ideally Abacus ERP / myAbacus)
- Experience with reference letter tools (e.g., Skriba) (plus)
- Business-fluent German and English (additional languages an asset)
- Service-mindedness, discretion, and effective communication
- Organizational skills, composure under pressure, attention to detail, and strong sense of structure
Aufgaben
- Provide quick, reliable HR support to employees and managers
- Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Ensure a smooth, compliant employee experience
- Manage all related HR documents
- Keep personnel data accurate and up to date
- Maintain high standards in documentation
- Maintain high standards in data protection
- Support time management in myAbacus
- Help colleagues resolve absence issues
- Help colleagues resolve time-entry issues
- Coordinate monthly closing activities
- Prepare payroll data for the external provider
- Gather, validate, and submit payroll information
- Ensure payroll data correctness and compliance
- Drive improvements in HR processes, templates, and documentation
