- Prepare employment contracts and country-specific certificates
- Draft and proofread professional reference letters
- Advise mobile employees on visa and relocation processes
- Process and document workplace accident reports
- Coordinate with international payroll providers
- Collaborate on global HR projects and process improvements
- Partner with HR Business Partners and global stakeholders
