- Knowledge of EU GDP Directive principles is an advantage
Aufgaben
- Process and handle pharmaceutical shipments independently.
- Communicate with customers, partners, and shipping lines.
- Prepare transport documents and place orders for transport.
- Track shipments, enter orders, and prepare invoices.
- Maintain networks in the pharma sector and coordinate with warehousing.
- Provide customer support for inquiries and complaints.
- Control costs and optimize planning in the TMS system.
- Prepare customs-related documents.
- Clear import and export shipments using EDEC/NCTS system.
