- Logistics apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
- Practical experience in international freight forwarding (3PL)
- Experience managing Pharma or Healthcare product logistics
- Willingness for hands-on operational work
- Good written and spoken German
- Good written and spoken English
- Customer orientation

- Ability to work under pressure

- Confident use of MS Office
- Excellent organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of EU GDP Directive principles
Aufgaben
- Process and handle pharmaceutical and healthcare shipments independently
- Communicate with customers, partners, shipping lines, and airlines
- Prepare transport documents for all modes of transport
- Place orders for all modes of transport
- Track shipments and enter orders
- Prepare invoices
- Maintain network in the pharma and healthcare sector
- Cooperate with scheduling and warehousing
- Provide customer support for inquiries and complaints
- Control and optimize costs in compliance with the TMS planning process
- Prepare customs-related documents
- Clear import and export shipments in the EDEC/NCTS system
