- Establish and improve Health & Safety standards
- Engage with H&S management teams at logistics sites
- Consult and challenge H&S practices
- Coordinate and audit H&S standards
- Take ownership of Zalando H&S Standards
- Ensure continuous improvement of H&S Standards
- Provide technical framework for H&S implementation
- Identify systemic risks through audits
- Challenge current practices based on audit findings
- Coordinate corrective actions with teams
- Develop centralized H&S training programs
- Execute high-level H&S workshops
- Ensure unified safety language across sites
- Visit locations to assess performance
- Implement action plans according to local laws
- Travel approximately 30% of the time
- Liaise with Cluster managers and local H&S teams
- Ensure alignment with Zalando’s vision
- Act as central technical expert for safety queries
