• •Ability to set multi‑year strategy

• •Data‑driven approach
• •Oncology experience in clinical practice
• •Fluent English, German and/or French
• •Market Access and public affairs exposure
• •Experience with digital health and AI

• •Define multiyear priorities and national agendas
• •Propose resource tradeoffs to maximize impact
• •Establish pathway mapping and bottleneck identification standards
• •Co-design innovative approaches with internal and external leaders
• •Codify playbooks and secure multiyear funding
• •Replicate successful initiatives across sites and regions
• •Identify portfolio-level and policy-level risks
• •Set change management strategies and frameworks
• •Sponsor stakeholder engagement plans and manage escalations
• •Coordinate delivery across diverse cross-functional teams
• •Align with the global Transforming Care AI team
• •Foster partnerships with clinical societies and provider networks
• •Define KPI taxonomies and success metrics
• •Manage dashboards and data pipelines across markets
• •Lead rapid cycle learning loops and knowledge transfer
