Aufgaben
- Own and lead the Trade & Structured Finance function
- Develop structured finance, receivables, and supply chain finance solutions
- Optimize working capital and unlock liquidity
- Design the operating model, systems, and controls
- Drive automation and AI across trade processes
- Partner commercially with the business and banking market
- Build and run a scalable, independent trade finance capability
- Set strategy, standards, and policy for Trade & Structured Finance
- Act as accountable owner for guarantees, structured finance, and working capital solutions
- Own the full guarantee portfolio and facilities
- Negotiate facility terms
- Manage the day-to-day lifecycle of guarantees
- Manage guarantee fee
- Own the operating model and system solution for guarantee management
- Manage subsidiary requests, tracking, and approval for guarantees
- Facilitate electronic transmission of guarantees to banks
- Maintain guarantee record keeping (Komgo)
- Develop and implement receivables (AR) factoring
- Develop and implement supply chain/payables finance solutions
- Develop and implement structured trade finance solutions
- Assess feasibility of finance solutions
- Structure finance programs
- Negotiate with finance providers
- Ensure correct documentation and accounting treatment for finance solutions
- Manage trade finance banking relationships
- Manage wider counterparty set
- Lead new bank onboarding
- Manage account opening and KYC/AML processes
- Negotiate commercial terms and limits with banks
- Own covenant monitoring and lender reporting
- Establish internal controls, governance, and compliance framework
- Drive automation and AI across the trade finance process
- Leverage Trade Finance System and ERP (SAP S4) for automation
- Utilize analytics and emerging tooling for a low-touch, scalable operation
- Partner with the business on tenders, bids, and contracts
- Provide guarantee and financing solutions to support commercial wins
- Protect the group's risk and liquidity position
