Anforderungen
- Degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics

Aufgaben
- Lead and develop an international systems engineering team for robotics across Zurich, Sachseln, and Barcelona
- Work in close alignment with the robotics leadership team, product management, and business development
- Lead and scale the systems engineering team for robotics
- Contribute to the growth of maxon's systems business in modern robotics
- Manage and grow core competencies in requirements management, system architecture definition, and testing
- Manage and grow supporting capabilities in application engineering and customer support
- Ensure consistent and high-quality engineering work across the organization
- Provide technical expertise for developing drive system solutions for modern robotics
- Take the systems engineering lead for developing drive system solutions for modern robotics
- Establish best-in-class development practices
- Ensure compatibility with maxon's global development processes
- Foster a strong, collaborative engineering culture
- Attract and retain top talent
- Act as the technical and organizational interface to component development teams
- Ensure close coordination between system level requirements and component level execution
- Build and grow competencies in robotics, with a focus on drive systems
- Own the systems engineering aspects for robotic drive system solutions
- Serve as the interface between component development centers, business units, product management, sales, and production
- Build and maintain a network of partnerships with research institutions and suppliers
- Shape the technology and product roadmap for robotic drive systems
- Support key robotics customers
- Represent customer requirements within the maxon group
