  • •Deep expertise in ERP and process change
  • •Track record in S4/HANA SAP deployment or similar Tier 1 ERP
  • •Exceptional commercial and strategic understanding
  • •MBA preferred; APICS certification highly desirable

  • •Drive end-to-end supply chain system transformation
  • •Establish sustained operational excellence
  • •Act as Global Business Owner for supply chain capabilities
  • •Maximize enterprise value through strategic alignment
  • •Lead a global team of over 100 supply chain professionals
  • •Own the Global Process Strategy for P2DP and MP2C value chains
  • •Harmonize processes and metrics across various functions
  • •Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement
  • •Sustain and optimize global business processes using digital platforms
  • •Ensure process adherence post-deployment
  • •Lead change management to embed new standards globally
  • •Own strategy for Right First Time data and Product Configuration Management
  • •Direct Right First Time Artwork creation and approval
  • •Strengthen Product Configuration Management maturity and data accuracy
  • •Provide transformational leadership for a global team
  • •Cultivate a resilient and collaborative culture
  • •Resolve complex, cross-functional supply chain challenges
