- Extensive Supply Chain planning experience
- Extensive Supply Chain operations experience
- Leading large-scale Supply Chain transformations
- Proficiency with advanced planning systems (e.g., OMP)
- Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP
- Excellent communication skills for Executive Management
- Ability to distill complex scenarios into actionable decisions

- Lead the 'One Direct Materials Network' transformation
- Define and govern DM planning standards
- Establish global resource allocation and structures
- Oversee supply chain governance for direct materials
- Optimize financial performance for DM inventory
- Design global inventory policies and strategies
- Partner with Global Procurement and Quality
- Resolve severe supply shortages and optimize tradeoffs
- Coach and develop a high-performing matrix team
