Anforderungen
- •Proven experience in senior sales leadership role within B2B SaaS
- •Strong track record of exceeding sales targets in European market
- •Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and complex deal structuring
- •Experience scaling and managing cross-border teams
- •Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- •Native German speaker with professional proficiency in English
- •Passion for business sustainability and carbon emissions management
- •Familiarity with carbon accounting, ESG reporting, or climate tech platforms
- •Experience working with diverse, hybrid teams in fast-paced environment
- •Willingness to travel regularly to Berlin office and across the region

- •Develop and execute a Go-To-Market sales strategy for Europe
- •Identify market trends and customer needs in enterprise and sustainability software
- •Forecast sales performance and drive pipeline development
- •Recruit, mentor, and manage a sales team including Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives
- •Foster a culture of performance and collaboration
- •Cultivate relationships with clients in defined industry segments
- •Oversee the full sales cycle from discovery to contract negotiation
- •Define KPIs and track metrics on sales activity and revenue performance
- •Utilize Salesforce to manage performance and optimize efficiency
