- 5+ years of sales experience, including leadership responsibility
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and perform under pressure
- Self-driven leader engaging, developing, and empowering the team
- Proactive, energetic, and open working style
- Comfortable managing a broad network of business stakeholders
- B2B sales and business development experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with strong learning mindset
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage
- Knowledge of protection and control, automation, and communication systems is an advantage
- International business experience; offshore wind and/or railway background is a benefit
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred)

- Shape the energy transition by leading the Offshore Wind and Railway sales team
- Set targets for the sales team
- Develop and execute sales plans and go-to-market strategies
- Lead, motivate, and coach sales professionals to meet and exceed KPIs
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Expand the customer base
- Own the sales pipeline
- Forecast sales performance
- Monitor sales performance
- Report sales results to management
- Build strong relationships with key customers
- Maintain relationships with partners and internal stakeholders
