- Lead performance review cadences
- Provide structured analysis of performance against KPIs, trends, and risks
- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders
- Translate data into actionable insights
- Support operational performance and decision-making
- Lead and develop a high-performing team
- Foster a culture of accountability and collaboration
- Promote continuous improvement
- Drive the design of reporting tools
- Optimize reporting tools
- Design data models for scalable analytics
- Improve data accessibility
- Build strong cross-functional relationships
- Align reporting structures with business needs
- Ensure adoption of governance standards through training
- Engage stakeholders
