- Understanding of adult learning and instructional design
- Knowledge of learning technologies

- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders
- Management of complex projects and budgets
- Experience with performance metrics and reporting
- Mandatory proficiency in English and German
- Preferred proficiency in French and Italian

Aufgaben
- Define and evolve the Swiss professional education strategy
- Lead and improve vocational training programs
- Ensure compliance with national and internal standards
- Support internal trainers and oversee apprentice rotations
- Manage apprentice examinations and overall experience
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on employer branding
- Build relationships with schools and universities
- Represent the company at campus and career fairs
- Advise leadership on early-career talent needs
- Align Swiss programs with global talent principles
- Maintain KPIs and dashboards for program effectiveness
- Analyze data to drive continuous program improvement
- Monitor Swiss regulatory and labor market trends
- Design technical education and e-learning modules
- Collaborate with instructional designers and external vendors
- Manage LMS platforms and learning technologies
