Lead procurement for Plasma Derived Therapies categories
Maximize enterprise value from external spend
Define category strategies aligned with business objectives
Orchestrate resources to deliver category strategies globally
Act as strategic procurement partner to the PDT BU President
Co-own value delivered from external spend
Serve as single point of contact for PDT procurement
Build and lead a high-performing PDT category team
Leverage Value Delivery, Procurement Solutions, and Finance resources
Develop insight-driven category strategies
Actively shape demand to optimize total value
Drive non-incremental approaches to unlock value
Own and deliver initiatives aligned to value targets
Orchestrate cross-functional delivery with business, Finance, TBS, and Legal
Provide strategic and executional guidance to teams
Drive accelerated execution of initiatives
Reduce cycle times from strategy to implementation
Ensure transparency, tracking, and realization of value
Build a high-performing, rationalized, and competitive supplier base
Balance supplier consolidation with competition
