Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Life Sciences, Business, or related field
- At least five years of experience in global supply chain or planning, ideally within pharmaceutical or regulated industry
- Experience with multi-site manufacturing networks and complex supply chains
- Strong expertise in S&OP, IBP, OBP, SAC, or related network planning processes and governance frameworks
- Strong financial acumen; experience working in or closely with Finance is an advantage
- Experience executing integrated planning processes and translating data into actionable business decisions
- Strong knowledge of IBP, S&OP, and supply review processes
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including confidence with large datasets and complex planning assumptions
- Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Proven ability to operate effectively in global, cross-functional, matrix organization and influence stakeholders
- Enterprise mindset, strong systems-thinking skills, and commitment to data-driven decision-making
- High resilience, accountability, and execution discipline
- Ability to identify improvement opportunities, lead change, and improve processes and outcomes
- Supply chain certification, such as APICS/CPIM, Lean, or Six Sigma, is preferred

Aufgaben
- Own and govern global network volume planning
- Ensure complete, accurate, and aligned volume data
- Lead MRP, MYC, and monthly planning cycles
- Integrate demand, supply, capacity, inventory, and financial commitments
- Support automation and improve supply volume data usage
- Ensure timely inputs for year-to-go projections and plan adherence
- Validate system outputs against agreed assumptions
- Identify and escalate risks, gaps, and opportunities
- Deliver analytics and insights for fact-based decisions
- Integrate Global Planning, manufacturing, Commercial, and Finance
- Influence without formal authority across a global matrix organization
- Communicate planning assumptions, risks, decisions, and performance insights
- Standardize and simplify planning processes
- Enhance the use of SAP IBP, APO, SAC, and data governance
- Implement improvements to processes, governance, reporting, and analytics
- Promote continuous improvement, accountability, and execution excellence
