- 5+ years relevant experience in Supply Chain Management, IT, planning technologies, or digital transformation
- Strong end-to-end understanding of Supply Chain Planning processes
- Hands-on experience with SAP and Supply Chain Planning platforms
- Experience translating business requirements into scalable, standardized, digitally enabled solutions
- Proven ability to manage complex projects or processes independently in a global environment

- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Aufgaben
- Lead digital transformation of global Supply Chain Planning processes
- Drive continuous improvement of Supply Chain Planning processes
- Shape efficient, scalable, system-enabled ways of working
- Act as global Business Process and Digital Solution Owner for Supply Chain Planning
- Drive governance, standardization, and process improvement
- Lead design and implementation of digital solutions
- Drive solutions from design through benefits realization
- Partner with Global Supply Chain, DD&T, Finance, Manufacturing Sites, and External Operations
- Align processes, systems, and priorities
- Translate business requirements into Supply Chain Planning solutions
- Support global capability building
- Lead change management, hypercare, and adoption activities
- Contribute to communities of practice
- Share best practices across the global organization
