Anforderungen

• •Extensive experience in performance marketing or acquisition leadership
• •Deep hands-on expertise across paid social and paid search platforms
• •Strong track record of scaling paid media efficiently
• •Highly analytical with strong experience in experimentation and performance reporting
• •Proven ability to lead and scale international performance marketing teams
• •Strong commercial mindset with understanding of acquisition performance
• •Experience with managing large budgets and owning commercial outcomes
• •Experience working across multiple international markets
• •Fluency in English; additional European language is a plus
