Aufgaben
- Manage media relations and internal communications
- Ensure consistent, clear, and timely messaging
- Support senior leadership in enhancing Group visibility
- Foster internal engagement and alignment
- Develop proactive media engagement strategies
- Maintain relationships with key journalists
- Coordinate CEO and senior leadership media visibility
- Prepare media briefings and interview materials
- Coordinate media activities for strategic events
- Update the company’s intranet content and navigation
- Monitor and analyze media coverage
- Develop internal communication plans
- Draft internal announcements and updates
- Ensure consistent messaging across regions
- Support CEO and senior leadership internal visibility
- Engage employee engagement initiatives
- Foster regional communications community
- Organize Senior Leaders quarterly calls
- Advise on communication approach and timing
- Translate complex topics into clear communication
- Align internal and external narratives
- Maintain editorial standards
- Manage sensitive issues and reputational matters
- Prepare holding statements and internal guidance
