- Lead and develop the controlling team
- Prepare and analyze target/actual comparisons for sales, costs, profits, and finances
- Develop and support cost accounting systems
- Manage the SAP CO module as Local Process Owner and Key User
- Oversee investment controlling, including budgeting and profitability calculations
- Represent the lead center's interests within FST controlling
- Coordinate planning and budget processes
- Maintain the KPI system to control the lead center
- Signal target deviations early and develop countermeasures
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses on business management issues
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory regulations
