- Strong technical know-how in Automation and control systems (PLC, SCADA, HMI), IT / system interfaces and networks, SAP knowledge (ideally SAP EWM) as well as mechanical and logistics-related processes
- Experience working with cross-functional and international stakeholders
- Leadership mindset with ability to coordinate teams and external partners
- Structured, solution-oriented and proactive working style
- Very good English skills (German is an advantage)
Aufgaben
- Steer logistics engineering projects from design to optimization
- Manage logistics projects' end-to-end, including budget governance
- Coordinate automation systems within logistics projects
- Collaborate with IT/SAP for reliable system integration
- Optimize standards, tools, and methodologies
- Manage cross-functional interfaces with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Purchasing
- Support Purchasing in tendering, supplier negotiations, and contract management
- Ensure knowledge transfer and best practices across plants and projects
- Lead and develop a team of logistics engineering specialists
