Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or Business Administration
- IT Security background and relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CSSLP, MAS/CAS Information Security)
- Experience in systems design, IT planning, and strategic development of IT infrastructure and cloud solutions
- Strong understanding of cloud solutions, especially Microsoft Azure & DevOps
- Knowledge of ISMS, IAM, network, server, client, and web security
- Leadership skills, strategic and pragmatic thinking, and ability to motivate and assert
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English
- German language skills (nice to have)
Aufgaben
- Lead and develop IT (Cyber) Security domain
- Drive development and implementation of IT security strategies
- Collaborate across the business to define IT security measures
- Support IT teams and partner with external stakeholders
- Develop and implement continuous IT (Cyber) Security strategy
- Guide and prioritize IT security team projects
- Manage IT security team and people
- Ensure smooth IT security operations and zero downtime
- Define and maintain IT security project portfolio
- Oversee technical requirements and security architecture
- Monitor compliance and conduct security inspections
- Manage contracts with external partners
- Prepare and manage IT security budgets
- Provide HR leadership for the IT security team
- Use agile and classic project management methods
- Advise IT management on status and decisions
