Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- At least 5 years of IT security engineering, systems engineering, or cloud security experience
- Delivering security projects with measurable impact
- CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent certifications (plus)
- Microsoft 365 / Entra ID / Intune and AWS security configuration experience
- Good knowledge of major cloud platform security beyond Azure
- Solid understanding of networking and secure application
- SIEM/SOAR tools and log management experience
- Endpoint security and management experience
- Scripting/automation ability (PowerShell, Python, or similar)
- Familiarity with information security management and risk handling
- Experience in regulated environments (strong plus)
- Understanding of secure software and infrastructure practices
- Proactive nature and solution-driven approach
- Thrives in small, hands-on IT team and collaborates seamlessly
- Calm under pressure, confident incident management, continuous learning mindset
- Clear and direct communication in English (spoken and written)
- Additional European language (strong advantage)
Aufgaben
- Design and implement IT security policies
- Evolve IT and cloud environments to best practices
- Translate risk assessments into technical controls
- Contribute to cybersecurity roadmaps
- Design and implement cybersecurity baselines
- Define and maintain secure configurations
- Harden Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoints
- Implement and tune SIEM/SOAR detections
- Define logging, alerting, and runbooks
- Lead investigations of cybersecurity incidents
- Coordinate with the IT SOC team
- Own end-to-end delivery of security initiatives
- Collaborate on network segmentation and connectivity
- Support vulnerability management and patching
- Contribute to supplier and SaaS security assessments
- Deliver security awareness training
- Provide technical input to security policies
- Work on ISO 27001 and compliance
- Act as a cybersecurity subject-matter expert
