Anforderungen

  • 3-5 years experience in Strategy Consulting, Start-ups, Scale-ups, or VC/PE
  • Strong record in strategy development and execution, ideally GTM oriented
  • Experienced in formulation and execution of commercial strategy/GTM motions
  • Solid understanding or strong interest in AdTech
  • Understanding of AdTech performance metrics and sales cycles
  • Combines structure and pragmatism
  • Comfortable architecting multi-year GTM and Account Development plans
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves and execute
  • Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to work successfully with senior leadership
  • Ability to work successfully with demanding external partners
  • Builds credibility with C-level stakeholders
  • Influences through insight
  • Acts as a reliable partner driving strategy into execution
  • Structured, yet adaptive approach to challenges
  • Leads high-impact initiatives from idea to outcome
  • Hands-on, entrepreneurial spirit
  • Fluent English
  • Fluent German
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or STEM from top-tier university
  • MBA is a plus, but not required

Aufgaben

  • Partner with Managing Director and regional VPs to design global GTM strategy
  • Define end-to-end sales processes and operational cadence
  • Identify new growth verticals and develop market entry strategies
  • Support Sales teams on high-priority, strategic accounts
  • Assist Account Growth teams in strategic account development
  • Bridge Product Marketing and global Sales organization for continuous enablement
  • Develop and implement global sales reporting framework
  • Establish single source of truth for pipeline health, forecasting, and performance KPIs
  • Design, model, and manage global sales commission plan
  • Drive alignment between Sales, Account Growth, Operations, and Product & Tech teams
  • Ensure clarity, alignment, and accountability across markets
  • Build and lead GTM Strategy & Operations team
  • Establish scalable processes and structure for company expansion
