In this role, you will take charge of the global order management process, leading teams across multiple locations while optimizing operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve strategic planning, performance management, and fostering collaboration to drive efficiency.

Anforderungen

• •Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• •Extensive experience in order management and supply chain functions
• •Proven ability to manage multi-location teams
• •Strong customer service skills
• •Ability to communicate technical data and requirements
• •Experienced in process harmonization and lean/continuous improvement
• •Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• •Strong knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• •High attention to detail and ability to interpret data
• •Ability to work effectively in a global team environment
• •Excellent communication skills in English; German or additional languages are a plus

Aufgaben

• •Own the entire global order lifecycle
• •Lead order entry, fulfillment, invoicing, and issue resolution
• •Manage and mentor international order management teams
• •Balance load and production capacity across global factories
• •Collaborate with production, logistics, and procurement teams
• •Define and monitor key operational KPIs
• •Analyze trends and report to senior stakeholders
• •Participate in the Sales & Operations Planning process
• •Lead short-term operational decision-making and order execution
• •Serve as the primary escalation point for key customers
• •Contribute to budget planning and reporting cycles
• •Facilitate collaboration among sales, engineering, and operations
