- 5+ years experience in similar international role
- Deep knowledge CRM Marketing Automation tools; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing a strong plus
- Knowledge of global editorial calendar planning, segmentation, smart-targeting, personalization strategies
- Excellent understanding of analysis and data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong project management abilities, complex multi-stakeholder initiative experience
- Fluency in English

- Align strategy with central marketing calendar
- Align strategy with commercial priorities
- Align strategy with strategic CRM objectives
- Oversee global Direct Marketing campaign development and deployment
- Own global content and editorial calendar
- Own channel segmentation strategy
- Own smart-targeting personalization strategy
- Drive campaign and revenue forecasting
- Leverage data to improve channel effectiveness
- Guide strategic decisions with insights
- Partner with internal teams and local markets
- Integrate newsletters into Brand and Commercial strategies
- Lead market alignment with key markets
- Integrate local campaigns into newsletter channel
- Align major brand moments within newsletter channel
- Lead strategic initiatives for CRM Customer Activation
- Deploy and scale test use cases
- Drive AI usage within CRM processes
- Manage CRM Activation Team budget
- Create purchase orders
- Forecast budget
- Track monthly invoices
- Manage CRM communication
- Manage CRM documentation
- Manage CRM training
