Anforderungen

  • 10+ years Pharma/Life Sciences industry experience
  • Experience in marketing, digital engagement, CRM, or data-driven environments
  • 5+ years Salesforce environments experience
  • Strong background in solution design and platform capabilities
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Leading and developing global/cross-regional teams
  • Experience in distributed or hub-based setup
  • Strong digital leadership capabilities
  • Experience managing remote teams
  • Fostering collaboration across time zones
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Account) Engagement and/or Data Cloud
  • Campaign automation, journey orchestration, segmentation, personalization, data activation
  • Define scalable marketing and data solution designs and standards
  • Global platform environment experience
  • Solid understanding of data models, identity resolution, consent management
  • Understanding of integrations, automation, and reporting in marketing ecosystems
  • Experience within global governance frameworks
  • Ensuring adherence to standards across regions
  • Experience in agile delivery environments
  • Collaborating effectively with Product Owners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Drive data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Experience or strong interest in leveraging AI-driven capabilities
  • AI capabilities within CRM and marketing platforms
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to influence across business, marketing, data, and IT functions
  • Experience collaborating in complex, matrix organizations
  • Collaboration across functions and regions
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Admin/Consultant Certification strongly preferred
  • Additional certifications (Agentforce, Data Cloud, Admin, Sales Cloud) are a plus

  • Design and evolve Marketing & Data Cloud solutions
  • Define best practices for marketing and data capabilities

  • Drive platform improvements and AI adoption
  • Serve as escalation point for complex solutions
  • Deliver technically robust, data-driven solutions
  • Orchestrate team capacity and priorities
  • Ensure optimal resource allocation across regions
  • Align with Product Owners and PMO on priorities
  • Support coordinated global delivery
  • Ensure consistent application of global standards
  • Align with global data models and governance
  • Integrate with adjacent functions and IT
  • Maintain data quality and integrity
  • Enable reporting and analytics for continuous improvement
  • Monitor KPIs for solution quality and effectiveness
