Designing and configuring global Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions for Pharma/Life Sciences. 5+ years Pharma/Life Sciences experience required. Intercultural experience, global environment collaboration.

- 5+ years Pharma/Life Sciences experience, ideally CRM/commercial excellence/customer engagement
- 3+ years Salesforce Business Analyst/Admin experience
- Strong Salesforce Sales Cloud and Agentforce configuration/development
- Translate business requirements to technical solutions, global governance, cross-regional collaboration
- Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst certification required; additional certifications nice to have
- Salesforce data models, automation, security, reporting; agile delivery, JIRA, Confluence
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, scalable/maintainable solution design
- Experience/interest in AI-driven CRM capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Structured, independent, results-oriented working style
- English fluency required, additional languages advantageous
- Intercultural experience, global environment work, international travel willingness
Aufgaben
- Design and implement global Sales solutions
- Configure flows, objects, page layouts, automation, and integrations
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, and Technical Service streams
- Translate business requirements into solution designs
- Ensure alignment with global data models and architecture standards
- Identify and implement automation and efficiency improvements
- Drive adoption of AI-driven capabilities in Sales
- Implement prioritized demands with global governance
- Refine and validate incoming requirements
- Support localization of global solutions
- Contribute to workshops and alignment sessions
- Evaluate and prioritize demands with AI focus
- Operate in a globally distributed Salesforce team
- Collaborate across regions for platform evolution
- Support local CRM Enablement Analysts
- Align with IT, Commercial Excellence, and Digital Transformation teams
- Lead cross-regional CRM initiatives and optimizations
- Ensure data quality and consistency in Sales
- Support data migration and cleansing
- Enable advanced reporting and analytics
- Develop training materials and enablement concepts
- Provide expert-level support for complex topics
