- Demonstrated success in transforming financial planning processes
- Experience in building and leading teams
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Business Central, Lucanet, Power BI, SQL, Tableau or budgeting tools
- Fluency in English; German is a plus
Aufgaben
- Lead the FP&A team at Group level
- Ensure best-in-class financial planning and forecasting
- Provide clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Drive continuous improvement of financial processes
- Focus on accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
- Mentor and develop a high-performing FP&A team
- Foster a culture of ownership and collaboration
- Provide strategic financial guidance for decision-making
- Identify risks, deviations, and opportunities
- Propose corrective measures and strategic initiatives
- Build robust reporting tools and KPI frameworks
- Manage investor relations and communication with shareholders
- Prepare for earnings calls and investor conferences
- Shape the company’s equity story and capital markets positioning
- Advise on capital markets strategy and external communication
- Act as a sparring partner for stakeholders across the business
