- Significant experience leading regional or multinational compliance organisations
- Experience in complex, matrixed environments
- Deep expertise in healthcare compliance
- Deep expertise in governance, ethics, internal controls, and risk management
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations
- Strong understanding of codes of practice and compliance requirements across European Markets
- Proven ability to act as trusted advisor to senior executives
- Proven ability to act as trusted advisor to leadership teams
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to balance risk management and business performance
- Experience designing and leading compliance programme elements
- Demonstrated success leading and developing diverse, high-performing teams
- Experience leading teams across multiple countries and cultures

- Identify and mitigate ethics and compliance risks
- Strengthen governance and internal controls
- Use data and insights to improve decision-making
- Champion a culture of integrity and accountability
- Collaborate with Legal, HR, Finance, and other functions
- Oversee monitoring, auditing, and investigations
- Drive modernisation of compliance processes
- Represent European Markets in global forums
