Anforderungen

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Advanced degree in Law, Business, Healthcare, Compliance, or related field preferred
  • 10+ years leadership experience in Ethics & Compliance, Legal, Risk Management, or related function
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or regulated industry
  • Significant experience leading regional or multinational compliance organisations
  • Experience in complex, matrixed environments
  • Deep expertise in healthcare compliance
  • Deep expertise in governance, ethics, internal controls, and risk management
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations
  • Strong understanding of codes of practice and compliance requirements across European Markets
  • Proven ability to act as trusted advisor to senior executives
  • Proven ability to act as trusted advisor to leadership teams
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to balance risk management and business performance
  • Experience designing and leading compliance programme elements
  • Demonstrated success leading and developing diverse, high-performing teams
  • Experience leading teams across multiple countries and cultures
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Partner with senior leaders for strategic advice
  • Develop and execute Ethics & Compliance strategy
  • Lead and develop regional Ethics & Compliance team
  • Integrate ethics and compliance into business planning
  • Identify and mitigate ethics and compliance risks
  • Strengthen governance and internal controls
  • Use data and insights to improve decision-making
  • Champion a culture of integrity and accountability
  • Collaborate with Legal, HR, Finance, and other functions
  • Oversee monitoring, auditing, and investigations
  • Drive modernisation of compliance processes
  • Represent European Markets in global forums
