Driving DTC growth and sales impact for a supplement brand. E-commerce leadership and Shopify+ expertise required. Direct reporting to CEO, agency negotiation, and KPI analysis.
Anforderungen
- Proven leadership experience in E-Commerce/DTC, ideally FMCG/supplement industry
- Sales mentality, closing ability, negotiation skills, digital marketing trends awareness
- Deep understanding of Shopify+, tracking setups, CRM systems
- Knowledge in CRM and Performance KPI analysis and calculation
- Good foundation in brand and marketing psychology
- Fluent English skills (written and spoken)
Aufgaben
- Lead and mentor the DTC team
- Set clear performance targets
- Negotiate contracts with agencies and partners
- Focus on efficiency, sales impact, and scalability
- Serve as CEO's direct point of contact
- Collaborate with Head of Marketplaces
- Report measurable success
- Drive strategic expansion
- Manage influencer marketing and paid social strategy
- Optimize SEO, SEA, and Display campaigns
- Make data-driven budget decisions
- Identify new market potential
- Create business cases for new ventures
- Quantify complexity and feasibility
- Leverage Shopify+ and web technologies
- Optimize conversion rates and AOV
- Enhance the customer journey
- Build and scale loyalty programs
- Develop subscription and personalization projects
- Maximize customer lifetime value (CLV)
- Integrate all channels into a unified database
- Implement target-group-specific marketing
