Aufgaben
- Manage the local Drug Substance Project Leaders (DSPL) group
- Provide oversight, senior expertise, and guidance to DSPL-driven projects
- Contribute to the definition and execution of the DSD strategy
- Drive DS Project management and execution
- Ensure DSD objectives are met or exceeded
- Set appropriate priorities and ensure optimal resource utilization
- Oversee consistent application of development requirements
- Balance cost versus risk within project strategies
- Ensure timely deliverables at acceptable quality
- Maintain top performance against benchmarks
- Review and approve relevant DS Development plans and reports
- Escalate risks and potential issues for timely resolution
- Manage people within the DSPL group
- Drive associate development and retention of key talents
- Attract new talent
