- Proven experience leading brand design systems in global brand or top-tier agency
- Strong portfolio demonstrating system-led thinking, design governance, large-scale brand implementation
- Multiplier mindset, fostering growth, honest feedback, creating optimal work conditions
- Highly detail-oriented, strong eye for craft, consistency, executional excellence
- Comfort working at scale, managing complexity, enabling multiple teams
- Clear, confident communication, articulating design decisions and standards
- Fluent English, written and spoken
