  • 10+ years experience in brand design, graphic design or creative direction, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
  • Proven track record coaching and empowering high-performing design teams
  • Proven experience leading brand design systems in global brand or top-tier agency
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating system-led thinking, design governance, large-scale brand implementation
  • Multiplier mindset, fostering growth, honest feedback, creating optimal work conditions
  • Highly detail-oriented, strong eye for craft, consistency, executional excellence
  • Comfort working at scale, managing complexity, enabling multiple teams
  • Clear, confident communication, articulating design decisions and standards
  • Fluent English, written and spoken

  • Develop executable brand systems.
  • Collaborate with Brand Voice and creative teams.
  • Collaborate with product, retail, digital, and marketing teams.
  • Ensure cross-category and channel alignment.
  • Act as a brand steward.
  • Protect brand quality, coherence, and integrity.
  • Enable brand evolution.
  • Lead with clarity and rigor.
  • Balance creative excellence and operational effectiveness.
