- Monitor and analyze Hub performance
- Report financial insights and recommend corrective actions
- Oversee accurate financial reporting and closing processes
- Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and local regulations
- Maintain a comprehensive risk management framework
- Establish and enforce strong internal controls
- Conduct regular reviews to safeguard company assets
- Advise the leadership team on strategic investments
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and audit functions
- Develop a high-performing controlling and risk team
- Drive continuous process and efficiency improvements
