- Master's degree (MBA, MS Engineering, Operations Research, Analytics) preferred
- Certified Black Belt with validated projects record
- 10+ years progressive experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence
- Experience coaching and certifying Black Belts and Green Belts
- Background in multi-unit or matrixed/global environments
- Training in project management, change management, or Lean systems (advantage)
- Fluent German and English; French a plus
- Exceptional analytical thinking, communication, and facilitation skills
- Strong interest in and enjoyment of working across cultures
- High initiative, flexibility, pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or related analytical discipline
Aufgaben
- Lead and shape enterprise-wide CI strategy
- Develop a multi-year CI roadmap
- Partner with senior leadership across business units
- Set and achieve CI goals for cost savings
- Improve performance and customer value
- Coach, mentor, and certify local Black Belts
- Build CI capabilities across all business units
- Ensure high-quality, impactful CI projects
- Approve CI project charters, methods, and results
- Deliver advanced Lean Six Sigma training
- Strengthen a data-driven problem-solving culture
- Collaborate with Global Operations counterpart
- Facilitate Kaizen events and workshops
- Lead strategy sessions for operational excellence
- Identify and support cost-saving opportunities
- Validate financial benefits
- Collaborate with Finance department
- Provide leadership and problem-solving support
- Guide business units in performance improvement
