In this role, you will drive the global purchasing strategy for the Clinical Diagnostic business, collaborating with teams to enhance supplier relationships and financial performance while focusing on continuous improvement and strategic growth.

Anforderungen

• •Educational background in Business, Finance, or Engineering
• •Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement
• •Fluency in English with excellent communication and presentation skills
• •Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
• •Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
• •Experience with Procure-to-Pay (PtP) tools such as Coupa or Ariba
• •Experience in the business of clinical diagnostics would be considered a plus

Aufgaben

• •Define and implement the purchasing strategy for Clinical Diagnostic categories
• •Collaborate with Category Managers and Purchasing Analysts
• •Work closely with country-level purchasing teams and internal stakeholders
• •Monitor project progress and lead corrective actions as needed
• •Build and manage strategic category plans with risk management
• •Lead global supplier sourcing activities, including RFI and RFP processes
• •Identify and implement cost leverage opportunities and best practices
• •Manage supplier issues and lead corrective actions for quality or SLA deviations
• •Track and report on KPIs, communicating performance and initiating actions if targets are unmet
• •Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationship management
• •Support ESG initiatives aligned with Eurofins Group targets
• •Oversee integration of acquired laboratories to maximize procurement synergies
• •Evaluate new tools and define processes to enhance efficiency and performance
