• Manage departmental compliance, assurance, and risk

• Maintain fit-for-purpose gift acceptance policies
• Monitor regulatory developments in the philanthropy sector
• Build partnerships with internal finance and marketing leaders
• Support team recruitment, onboarding, and professional development
• Supervise database management and data integrity standards
• Enhance the alumni club management system and tools
• Execute Giving Day with marketing and third-party providers
• Develop comprehensive stewardship and donor recognition plans
• Produce the annual Philanthropy Report and pledge reminders
• Oversee gift entry, receipting, and acknowledgment processes
• Manage cross-border giving and tax deductibility partnerships
• Create a new online giving platform
• Conduct monthly donation reconciliations with finance
• Perform constituent research to identify high-capacity donors
• Prepare strategic prospect briefings for fundraising teams
• Oversee wealth screening and proactive prospect research
• Champion GenAI and agentic AI for operational efficiency
