- •Degree in Accounting or Finance
- •Several years of accounting experience
- •Exposure in Swiss HQ environment
- •Swiss Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- •Expertise in IFRS and Swiss GAAP
- •Statutory reporting, VAT, and tax accounting
- •Experience with shared service organizations
- •Leadership, coaching, and development skills
- •Solid SAP knowledge
- •Passion for process and system improvements
- •Analytical skills, accountability, and resilience
- •Fluency in German and English

- •Lead financial accounting for the Swiss headquarters
- •Manage reporting for Swiss holding entities
- •Ensure compliant closings under IFRS and Swiss GAAP
- •Oversee record-to-report and procure-to-pay operations
- •Manage order-to-cash and intercompany accounting
- •Direct cash pooling and statutory reporting
- •Handle Swiss and international VAT tasks
- •Support global tax accounting activities
- •Act as the primary contact for external audits
- •Manage internal controls and governance matters
- •Drive SAP system and process optimizations
- •Collaborate with shared service centers on improvements
- •Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals
