Anforderungen

  • •Minimum 15 years of finance experience
  • •Knowledge in FP&A within Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Medical Device, or Manufacturing industries
  • •Proven leadership capability with experience leading international teams
  • •Independent and confident presentation style
  • •Proficient in story-telling with financial data
  • •Excellent problem-solving skills
  • •Solid experience in manufacturing and supply chain finance
  • •Positive, can-do attitude
  • •Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • •Ability to gain trust at all levels
  • •Comfortable working in a dynamic environment
  • •Responsible, resilient, and stress-resistant
  • •Strong know-how of SAP S4, SAP PS, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW or other BI systems
  • •Fluent in English both spoken and written
  • •Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Science, Industrial Engineering or similar
  • •Fluent in German or Mandarin both spoken and written

Aufgaben

  • •Act as a finance advisor to the COO and Operations team
  • •Provide monthly financial reports on COGS for Taiwan, US, and Swiss production sites
  • •Develop and distribute monthly financial reporting packages
  • •Collect and report CAPEX needs for global Operations
  • •Drive process standardization for product costing across manufacturing sites
  • •Guide the Operations team with budgeting and forecasting needs
  • •Ensure consistency and quality in standard costing for all manufacturing sites
  • •Support critical investments to expand the company's footprint
  • •Implement KPIs for the Operations team and monitor performance indicators
  • •Provide data and analyses to support decision-making for the COO and department heads
  • •Identify and recommend improvements to enhance performance and efficiency
  • •Support global product cost simulation with accurate data and insights
  • •Promote a collaborative approach within the Finance team and across functions
