- Collaborate with analysts and data scientists for strategy coherence
- Act as Product Owner for the algorithmic trading framework
- Define technical specifications with IT and data engineers
- Drive automation and scalability of trading frameworks
- Ensure robust testing and real-time monitoring of algorithms
- Work with compliance and risk teams for regulatory alignment
- Lead discussions on market regulations and compliance
- Partner with risk management to implement trading controls
- Build and manage a high-performing algo trading team
- Define and execute a strategic roadmap for trading expansion
