Anforderungen
- BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years hardware development or integration experience
- Strong knowledge of Electrical Engineering, Acoustics, RF Engineering, Measurement Technologies
- Experience with wireless technologies, PCB design, electronic hardware design
- Hands-on experience with prototyping, soldering, measurement systems
- Good knowledge of Matlab, Arduino, Windows, MS Office
- Very good English and German communication skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented teamwork, strong communication skills
- Experience or education in Acoustics, Audiology, Hearing Systems
- Knowledge of C#, Python, Confluence, MS Teams
- Exposure to project or functional leadership
Aufgaben
- Develop product-specific hearing system solutions
- Integrate hardware sub-systems
- Define electroacoustic transducers
- Support wireless system design
- Build and test hearing system prototypes
- Develop software tools for measurement systems
- Validate hardware using software tools
- Define hardware limits and quality characteristics
- Establish test criteria
- Collaborate in interdisciplinary agile R&D teams
- Support knowledge sharing
- Onboard new team members
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
