- •Process fire and burglar alarm systems
- •Organize and manage internal office relocations
- •Furnish conference rooms for business needs
- •Manage visitor passes and access control
- •Allocate and oversee parking assignments
- •Conduct monthly reviews of external provider badges
- •Participate in 24/7 on-call technical rotations
- •Inspect quality of external cleaning teams
- •Ensure suppliers implement corrective measures
- •Oversee inventory and warehouse logistics
- •Sort and dispatch incoming mail items
- •Prepare and frank outgoing mail
- •Forward mail to relevant departments and floors
