- 5–8 years digital strategy, marketing technology, commerce, or CX consulting experience
- Strong understanding of Growth Tech stacks and Agentic Commerce paradigms
- Experience in AI/ML use cases (personalization, recommendations, analytics, automation)
- Understanding of identity resolution, consent management, real-time data activation
- Ability to translate business strategy, AI capabilities, and technical architecture
- Confident management of senior stakeholders (CMO, CIO, CTO, Chief Data/AI)
- Comfortable in agile, cross-functional, product-oriented environments
Aufgaben
- Shape future commerce through AI-driven, autonomous experiences
- Enable clients to design AI-driven commerce ecosystems
- Connect business ambition with intelligent, autonomous systems
- Guide organizations toward agentic, decision-centric architectures
- Develop Agentic Commerce strategies and blueprints
- Assess existing Growth Tech and commerce ecosystems
- Identify gaps in automation, decisioning, and AI enablement
- Define future-state agentic architectures
- Design AI-powered decisioning frameworks
- Create next-best-action models and recommendation engines
- Orchestrate autonomous customer journeys
- Define operating and governance models
- Manage AI agents, data ownership, model governance, privacy, and consent
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops
- Translate business intent into agentic use cases
- Support platform and capability selection
- Define business cases and KPI frameworks
- Link agentic capabilities to revenue uplift and customer value
- Collaborate with architects and delivery teams
- Mentor junior colleagues
- Contribute to capability building
